Seats or no seat, no problem
Mohamad Ezam is the party president and his deputy is former Batu Kawan Umno division deputy chief Khairuddin Abu Hassan. Gobi Krishnan is still the party's secretary-general.
Meanwhile, Khairuddin in his visit to the opposition leader's office, said he will respect Harapan's decision on whether he will be fielded as a candidate.
"The issue of contesting or not is not a problem. Whatever it is, we will comply with the Harapan presidential council.
"If they give us seats to contest, allhamduillah, we accept it. If they don't give us any seats, we also accept it with an open heart.
"The objective is to topple the kleptocratic government led by Umno-BN," he said.
