Johor Sultan says palace won't interfere with MACC probe

The Johor palace will not interfere with any investigations in the state, said Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar.

"The palace does not interfere nor does it protect anyone," Sultan Ibrahim was quoted as saying by The Star.

The monarch said this while commenting on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's probes in the state.

Sultan Ibrahim says he receives regular updates from the MACC, adopts non-interference policy.
