Looks like a lot more people need some educating. It gives me a chill to know that now, any company can come up with their own Collective Agreement to suit their own whimps and fancies.

There is no need for the Federal Constitution and Employment Act anymore. Women who are pregnant can now be forced to go on no-pay leave for a whole year with the sanction of the law.
