The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has managed to complete its draft report on 1MDB.

PAC member and Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua said the committee would proceed to print the report in the next two days and table it in Parliament on Thursday.

However, he said no mention was made at the meeting as to when the auditor-general's report on 1MDB would be tabled at the Dewan Rakyat.

“This, you will have to ask them,” he said.

Pua also revealed that the PAC, which had a meeting until 9pm yesterday, had written the report in a consensual manner.

He was asked if both sides of the divide in the PAC had reached a consensus in their findings.

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak had instructed PAC to probe 1MDB in March 2015 amid the 1MDB scandal.
PAC conducted 10 proceedings and began drafting the report two weeks ago.
