Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) is expected to announce tomorrow a 'major reshuffle' in the opposition party's line-up.

Newly elected party vice-president Dr Lee Boon Chye told malaysiakini that new faces will be appointed as secretary-general and information chief.

These new appointments will be announced tomorrow, he said when contacted.

It is learnt that former party treasurer Kamarul Bahrin Abbas will be appointed secretary-general in favour of two other names mentioned for the post, former veep Tian Chua and Sallehhuddin Hashim.

However, Sallehhuddin told malaysiakini that he was not interested in the party post and that he was not even a member of the party.

Chua is said to have preferred the information chief post for which he was also nominated.

In the inaugural PKR assembly last month, Chua chose not to retain his vice-president post.
