'Cubit' is within concept of fondling, says Shafee

Lawyer Shafee Abdullah admitted to rephrasing some witness testimonies or evidence submitted in Anwar Ibrahim's trial during a public forum after the former opposition leader was jailed.

Shafee, who was lead prosecutor in the Sodomy II case, said this while being cross examined by Ambiga Sreenevasan at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today.

UPDATED 7.05PM | Admitting having rephrased some testimonies, lawyer however argues he stuck to the facts.
