TPPA video on copyright infringed my copyright, claims producer

A film producer is peeved that a video promoting how the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) will protect copyright has infringed into his own copyright.

Zarul Albakri said the offending video, posted on the 'TPPA Malaysia' Facebook page, used excerpts of his 1986 movie 'Kembara Seniman Jalanan' without his permission.

However, the other party claims exceptions in law allow such copying.
