‘Sedition changes don’t set apart agitation, provocation’

The new amendments made to the Sedition Act 1948 does not differentiate between agitation and provocation of violence which could implicate a lot of innocent people, a group of NGOs said.

The NGOs say the failure to distinguish could implicate innocent people.
