Kidex Sdn Bhd likes to say that it has been engaging with the public about this project. Say No To Kidex (SNTK) reconstructed the image available on our FB post based on a report issued by Kidex Sdn. Bhd.

First, notice the route of the highway.

Next, notice how the vast majority of the ‘engagement’ has occurred in areas far away/unrelated to the highway.

The federal and state governments need to be made aware that they have NOT fulfilled the criteria of engaging with residents and business who are in the affected areas.

Any letters/notification by Kidex Sdn Bhd to the state and/or federal government stating otherwise must therefore be construed as a deliberate attempt to subvert the truth.

We have linked multiple politicians, councillors, assemblypersons, etc both at state and federal level to this FB post so that they too are made aware that Kidex Sdn Bhd has in fact NOT engaged with the majority of people along the proposed route.
