Punches and a kick at KFC outlet

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is again embroiled in controversy after its staff members were caught on video throwing punches and a flying kick among themselves.
A video of staffers fighting among themselves goes viral on the Internet.

In the 36-second video which has gone viral on the Internet, two staffers, a male and female, are seen teaming up against another male staffer.
The woman hits her colleague several times with her cap before another staffer joins in with a flying kick.
The video appears to have been recorded by a customer as it was taken from the other side of the counter.
Other KFC staff members who had merely looked on in the beginning intervened and tried to break up the the fight after it escalated.
The video has been shared over 1,350 times on Facebook.
KFC in a statement on Facebook yesterday said the incident happened at its Jalan Raja Laut branch on Friday.
This is the second time KFC staff have been caught on video behaving violently.
In February 2012, staff at the KFC branch in iCity, Shah Alam attacked a customer after they were scolded for running out of fried chicken.
KFC called the latest incident "highly regrettable".
"Based on our initial investigation, the fight occurred between two siblings over a private matter.
"We have initiated an extensive internal investigation to fully understand the cause of this incident," said KFC senior vice-president Ling Mee Jiuan.
The fast food chain also assured that it will improve its staff training programmes to avoid a repeat of the incident
"At KFC, we are committed to the highest standards of excellence and strive to ensure the safety and well-being of both our customers and staff at all times," said Ling.
