48,719 students to sit for third term of STPM

A total of 48,719 students will sit for the 3rd Term of the 2014 Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination at 756 centres from Nov 3 to 10.
A total of 48,719 students will sit for the 3rd Term of the 2014 Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination at 756 centres from Nov 3 to 10.
According to a statement from the Malaysian Examination Council (MPM), the total comprised 47,988 students from government schools, 397 from private schools, 315 private candidates and 17 from state government schools.
For the 1st Term STPM 2014 scheduled from Nov 13 to 19, a total of 51,599 students will sit for their examination at 753 centres.
“From the total, 51,147 are from government schools, 325 from private schools, 120 private candidates and seven from state government schools,” he said.
The repeat examination for the 1st Term of STPM 2014 involving 36,238 students is scheduled from Nov 13 to 19 while the repeat of the 2nd Term STPM 2014 involving 26,012 candidates is scheduled for Nov 20 to 26.
The Malaysian University English Test (MUET) is scheduled on Nov 8 would be held at 710 centres involving 83,864 students.
The MPM will be open and can be contacted at 03-61261600, 03-61261650, 03-61261651 or 03-61261661 while the operations room can be contacted from 7.30am to 6pm at 03-61261668.
