Very equal rights overseas

I refer to the letter Equal rights on equal grounds. The writer has obviously never lived overseas.
If he lives in London today, he can send his kids to an exclusively Muslim school, listen to Islamic clerics preach on the roadside on a Friday, have a heart bypass operation free on the National Health Service (NHS) scheme like any non-Muslim, get housed in a council flat if homeless (as did a Malay friend of mine) and send his kids to Cambridge or Oxford (where the union president is not only a Muslim but female!)
