It is now daily fodder to hear someone or other say how Anwar Ibrahim is the cause of the Selangor crisis in furtherance of his ambition to be menteri besar (MB).

None of them care to explain how it is greedy of him to want the MB post when he is Pakatan Rakyat’s PM nominee and current opposition leader.

None of them see that Khalid Ibrahim’s ability to save billions in a few years confirms that the lot preceding him stole billions in the preceding years.

If Khalid is then perceived by Pakatan to get into bed with that same lot, then doing something about that is not greed.

It is national service.You don’t need to be Einstein to figure that out.

Perhaps they all wanted Anwar and Pakatan to wait for Khalid to do his darndest before acting, to prove they had no ‘greedy’ motives.

Anwar and Pakatan could have done so, of course, but by then it would not be only them that would get nothing; the Selangor rakyat too would have possibly been stolen blind.

Think for a moment, you guys who accuse Anwar of greed and nepotism.
