When Pak Lah sought forgiveness and blessings from his mother, she passed out the advice that Pak Lah should not forget the masses. This gave fresh hope of a better public service for the rakyat.

Since Pak Lah is from Penang, let us start with Penang. I managed to save enough money to purchase a house on the island. All the transfer of documents were done by the respective lawyers and submitted to the stamp office for validation. I was told that the stamp office takes about two months to validate the transfer.

Two months have passed and whenever I approached the stamp office, it is either the officer is away for a meeting or the documents are waiting for official signatory. I am told that one needs to 'grease' the hands to get the validation expedited.

As I refused to partake in the 'greasing', my family and I are now stranded as where to stay until the validation is approved. Can Pak Lah fix these problems?
