I fully agree with Hafiza Ahmad that MAS is not only discriminatory but also completely out of date in wanting to keep only young and pretty stewardesses among their cabin crew.

I have traveled widely with several airlines and honestly such a consideration never came to my mind even though I am as susceptible to a pretty face as the next man. What I appreciate more has always been courteous, pleasant and efficient no-nonsense service.

If beauty is the principal criterion to work among the traveling public, then buses, taxis and trains should all replace their on-board personnel with potential Miss Universes. That would certainly attract the kind of unwelcome attention that MAS is apparently keen to cultivate.

Oh by the way, half the travelers are women, who in this egalitarian age would like to be served by handsome men. So MAS, please also ground the older men among your cabin crew and bring in the Schwarzeneggers and Stallones.
