Jangan Main Main: Who really cares whether the seat goes to the grandfather, grandson or the son. All the people want is a responsible person who can carry out his or her duties faithfully, nationally and in the state.
As long as the people support the candidate and as long as the candidate is elected has a clean record, has the ability to work faithfully and has the people’s interest at heart, why not, go ahead.
I support (Karpal’s son) Ramkarpal because he is a hardworking, honest and has clean record. At least this reminder of Karpal's spirit working through his son.
I am sure Ram will guard his legacy, and who knows, may one day outperform Karpal. Look at Lim Guan Eng who has done very well yet many in the party do not like him because of his toughness in carrying out his duties and start to talk about nepotism.
Ketuanan Rakyat: I hope PKR does not rock the boat now. It has been DAP's seat all the while and the vote majority has been increasing in the last two general elections by larger and larger margins.
PKR does not have any grounds to ask for this seat from DAP.

Mikey!: Khalid does not inspire confidence on this subject. All he is showing to the residents of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur (many of whom are Pakatan supporters, by the way) is that he has the power and he is willing to use it.
Let me ask all of you, why wait till tomorrow to stop the rationing? If you just on the taps today how much difference would it make to the water levels? As it is, his own statistics show a savings of only 7 percent in water consumption from February to April.
The Sungai Selangor Dam has been hovering at 30 percent to 40 percent for the past two months. With a mere 7 percent water consumption saving, wouldn’t the dam be empty by now? It isn’t! How come?
Secondly, I believe, a mere 12-hour rationing of water daily instead of two-day alternate days rationing would have still delivered the same 7 percent saving in consumption and still kept the dam level at between 30-40 percent level.
The issue is water savings, not dam level. That’s the point, Khalid. Bottom line is, we want you out!
By the way, the levels of the dams for Bangkok, Thailand is 11 percent. If Khalid was running Bangkok, the rationing would be done on a two-week cycle unlike Selangor’s two-day cycle.
Well Thats Fantastic: If BN had planned for the future properly instead of turning potential catchment areas into plantations, we would be doing fine today.
Why did they put so much reliance on one single massive dam? Where are the alternate sources that are only now being discovered or investigated?
