As usual there are double standards aplenty in our country. When some prominent English dictionary defined Malay as 'lazy' not too long ago, all hell broke loose from ordinary laymen to ministers in our country.

Now using the word 'keling' is deemed alright even when Indians keep saying that they find it offensive.

In fact de facto Law Minister Dr Rais Yatim has even given his blessing for the continued use this offensive word.

Guess your only avenue to convince them to change their mind is come election time.
