Although MCA did not win the Kajang by-election, the results from the polls will help us set the direction for our party’s transformation. MCA will not stop improving ourselves and moving forward, and we hope to be able to do better in the future.

During the campaigning period, we received positive feedback from the voters while interacting with them. The MCA candidate had received friendly and positive response from the voters, thus proving that our party’s rejuvenation process is on track and this is very encouraging to us.

Regardless of who has won the by-election, for MCA this is the beginning of our journey instead of the end.

For those who had voted for MCA, we sincerely thank them for their support. Their support means a lot to us. We are also thank those who did not vote for MCA, as we will stay positive and will look at their rejection as a means to improve ourselves, by increasing our efforts to regain the people’s support.

MCA will also continue to uphold the spirit of providing service the people regardless of their race and religion, and we also vow to continue defending the rights and interest of all communities.
