Police are still looking for 10 others individuals to assist their investigations into the recent murder of the Pahang Islamic Religious Department (Jaip) enforcement chief.

Inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar said so far, 13 people, including two women, had been detained for investigations into the case.

"With the arrest of the remaining 10 individuals, we believe the investigation will be completed," he told reporters after the opening of a seminar on security and public order by Sabah Chief Minister Musa Aman in Kota Kinabalu today.

He said the 10 individuals wanted by the police were Mohd Shahril Mohd Jaafar, 28, whose last known address is in Kedah, Mohamed Faizal Abdullah, 46 (Johor), Mohd Rozi Akasah, 38 (Malacca), Khairul Amir Akasah, 34 (Negri Sembilan) and Mansur Hussin, 39 (Kelantan).

Also in the list are Shamsinar Abdul Halim, 36 (Johor), Shaizral Eddie Nizam Shaari, 37 (Malacca), Jefferi Safari, 36 (Johor), Wan Mohd Shakri Wan Isa @ Wan Ismail, 27 (Kelantan) and Shamsul Amri Abu Hassan, 44 (Pahang).

Yesterday, Khalid, on his Twitter, said police had unravelled the murder of the Jaip enforcement head with the arrest of 13 Tuhan Harun cult members and seizure of a pistol.

Jaip head of enforcement Ahmad Rafli Abdul Malek, 49, was shot dead at his house in Indera Mahkota 2, Kuantan after a man wearing a skullcap and dressed in black called out to him on Nov 10.

On Nov 20, Tuhan Harun cult leader Harun Mat Saad was arrested along with two suspects following raids in two separate locations in Tangkak, Johor.

Meanwhile, Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department director Hadi Ho Abdullah, in a statement here today, advised those with information on the 10 individuals to contact the nearest police station or the following officers: DSP Zakaria (019-3822020), ASP Zukri (013-9764999) and Insp Mohd Hasni (016-4888025).

Hadi Ho also said the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) thanked all those who had extended their cooperation in solving the case.
