TV3 contract sports journalist Ras Adiba Aziz has the right to visit or consult any doctor, but I would like to know who and when can a person ask the public for donations.

I have always thought the poor and needy should be given assistance at all costs. I have read appeals for donations for heart-case babies and have responded, when the parents have even sold their properties and whatever they have before appealing for donations.

Has Ras Adiba exhausted her immediate resources?

I also think that when one asks for public money it should be spent with prudence.
