It is clear and simple. The Penang Outer Ring Road project clearly shows the corruption of the state government. How could a democratic government award a project of this size [RM1.02 billion] to a RM2 company which has on board a person who was previously declared bankrupt? It is a real shame. We urge the Anti-Corruption Agency to step in and investigate.
The Penang government is incapable of managing anything in the state. Just look at the traffic and the chaotic bus station at Komtar, the poor quality apartments at Majestic Heights, squatter problems on Penang Hill and the growing problem of the homeless on the island. Every new housing project is without proper parking facilities. The list can go on and on.
The Penang state government is a shame to the people of Penang.
