The mess in Putri Umno is, to me, a manifestation of the deep-seated diseases in Umno politics. It is the political diseases of power corruption of the sons and daughters of Umnoputra.

The more power one has, the more corrupt one becomes and the more cunning methods used to defend the power which brings wealth and fame.

The problem is compounded by using popular singers, actors and actresses and politically untested single-issue professionals who all love fame, as substitution for the ability to contest solid ideas publicly for public good.

What great speech or statement has Azalina Othman made in the serious matter of high politics of the nation?

None. Day in and day out, it is all about the only issue that only affects those of a particular socio-economic lifestyle, namely the spoiled sons and daughters of the upper classes in Kuala Lumpur.

It has nothing to do with genuine liberation for working class women. It is only the "feminism" of the morally corrupt neo-feudalists.
