Shahrizat Abdul Jalil’s RM100 million defamation suit against PKR’s strategy director Rafizi Ramli and Ampang MP Zuraida Kamaruddin has been postponed.

Shahrizat's lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said she has fallen ill due to the gruelling pace of the general election campaign.

NONE"She is ill ... The doctor said everyone from political parties has been breaking down,” he told reporters after meeting Kuala Lumpur High Court judge Justice Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera in chambers, together with the defence lawyers.
    
"She had been pushing herself very hard and she lost her voice ... she lost everything.”

Shahrizat, the former women, family and community development minister, is suing Rafizi (left) and Zuraida for linking her to the National Feedlot Corporation scandal.

Zuraida's lawyer S Gopal said the proceedings will resume from Oct 21- 24.
