KeADILAN youth chief Mohamed Ezam Mohamed Nor was arrested at about 3pm today in Sungai Petani, Kedah after performing Friday prayers at Masjid Pengkalan Sim, according to the opposition party sources.

Others on the police list are KeADILan vice-president Chua Tian Chang, supreme council member N. Gopalan Krishnan, Subang Youth chief Lokman Adam, Bukit Bintang division chief Sanusi Abdullah and Youth executive secretary Zahid Mat Arif.

Early this morning at about 3am, the first of seven KeADILan members sought by the police for organising the event tomorrow, information chief Ruslan Kassim was picked up at his house in Selayang. According to Ruslan's assistant, the KeADILan leader has been brought to Magistrate Court this afternoon and was remanded for seven days.
