Ambrin Buang has been reappointed auditor-general for two years with effect from Feb 23.

Chief secretary to the government Dr Ali Hamsa said in a statement that the Agong has consented to the reappointment.
He said Ambrin was reappointed to the post as his services as auditor-general were still needed.
Ambrin was appointed auditor-general for a two-year period from Feb 23, 2006 to Feb 22, 2008 and reappointed to the post up to Feb 22, this year.
