Pakatan Rakyat has promised that the coming Himpunan Kebangkitan Rakyat (People’s Uprising Rally) will be the most peaceful assembly ever.

“We will make this rally the most peaceful rally ever. The businessmen in Kuala Lumpur will see their sales hit the highest record when it is the most peaceful assembly.

“The hotels will be full, all the food in restaurants will be finished,” said PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu, who heads the rally’s organising secretariat, at a press conference today.

Hence, Mohamad, popularly known as Mat Sabu, urged the people to bring their families to join the rally, which is planned to be held at Stadium Merdeka on Jan 12.
