More than 80 percent of settlers in Pahang subscribed to Felda Global Ventures (FGV) shares, the Pahang State Assembly was told today.

Menteri Besar Adnan Yaakob said they comprised 34,730 settlers who subscribed to the FGV shares through bank financing and five who subscribed to the shares using own funding.

"Only 8,388 or 19.45 percent of the Felda settlers in Pahang do not subscribe to the shares," he said in response to a question by Abu Bakar Harun (BN-Chini) here today.

Abu Bakar wanted to know the number of Felda settlers who subscribed to the FGV shares in Pahang.
