Lynas says operating licence remains valid

Australia's Lynas Corp Ltd said on Tuesday its operating licence for its controversial rare earth plant in Malaysia remains issued and valid, responding to recent media reports on processing of radioactive residue.

Lynas will ensure all residue material is converted into co-products that will be exported if not approved for use in Malaysia.
