Shamsubahrin fails to strike out cheating charges

Businessman Shamsubahrin Ismail failed to set aside and strike out five counts of cheating former National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) chairperson Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur today.
