Borders case: Jawi appears to disagree with home minister

While Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein says the Federal Territory Islamic Department (Jawi) has jurisdiction to act against Borders bookstore manager Nik Raina Nik Abdul Aziz, an affidavit filed in the Syariah High Court by a prosecutor with Jawi is raising eyebrows.
