Advertisers 'are not kids', says MCA

Beliawanis MCA chief Tee Hooi Ling has criticised Alor Setar City Council’s (MBAS) tightened guidelines for models’ clothing on billboards, saying "the advertisers are not kids" with little comprehension on modesty and indecency.
