Pakatan earns praise for shadow budget

Despite the shortcomings of the Pakatan Rakyat shadow budget, the ability of its three component parties to produce the document with their own resources should be applauded, says Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (Ideas) chief executive officer Wan Saiful Wan Jan.
