PKR disciplinary panel chairperson Tan Kee Kwong denounced the new restrictions on parliamentary practice he said were arbitrarily imposed by House speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia even as Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak foists the sham of a "best democracy" on the country.
