National interests should take precedence over both party and personal interests.

The leaders should also ask themselves what they have contributed in the positions they have been holding, whether they are capable, whether they have unquestionable integrity, whether they are corrupt and corruptible, whether they work for cronies and their families or the nation, whether they present positive virtues and qualities our people can look up to respect and admire.

If these questions are asked and answered truthfully, there will be none left in Umno Baru. That is not just my view alone.

The RM100 billion man during his long destructive years as the president of Umno Baru - his creation or creature, if you like - has said the party has no leaders of talent. He destroyed Umno Baru and Malaysia, too.

It's about high time you roll up your sleeves and congratulate yourself for how dry our coffers have become, and how dysfunctional our policies are and how these has become embedded in every civil servant office.

We have the highest civil servant ratio to every 1,000 citizen in the world, one of the highest crime rates in the last 10 years, and the social actors of Malaysian politics have turned the whole political scene into a circus.

Finally, you said something wise or is this a sign of unrest within Umno?

AJ: The biggest draw for politicians in Umno is the potential to make insane amounts of money.

The ones who can kelentong (con) their fellow men with useless rhetoric and cash and promises of scraps from the table once they are elected, continue to think it's their God-given right to openly plunder.

No one will step aside unless forced out. Show me one who has. Not only do they think it's their right to steal but they firmly believe that there is no such thing as too much money.

Gov't unaware of cash for uni students for N-Day

Boom Boom Pow!: It seems like an act of desperation, looking for Chinese and Indian students to attend the national day celebrations.

Why don't you just treat them fair and provide them scholarships on merit? RM100, food, transportation and a T-shirt will not win you an election. How can any educated person vote for BN? Amazing.

BN can only get people there by offering them cash, food and transportation. You need to pay. If not, they will not go. Shame on you, BN, for using taxpayers' money again.

And just to make them look like fools again, they are offering them RM20 to come out on Aug 31 to support BN on National Day.

PB Win: How many Chinese and Indian students are there in our national universities anyway? All they need is a van, don't waste money on buses.

I am sure BN now realises that as usual, no one will turn up for their events if they don't pay. Just don't waste our money. Ask all the BN and Umno people to chip in from their own pocket. Enough is enough.
