EC lodges report against dubious voter

The Election Commission (EC) has lodged a police report against Zulkifli Ismail for claiming that he voted twice in a general election.

EC secretary says Zulkifli Ismail had also accused it of cheating, in alleging that a single name could be used at all voting centres.
