The remand order on the three suspects in the murder of Nurul Nadirah Abdullah, five, including a woman, have been extended for another week.

Johor Baru court registrar Hidayah Manaf allowed the three suspects, who are in their early 30s, to be remanded until March 30 to facilitate investigations in the case under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

The trio were brought to the Johor Baharu Court Complex in Johor Baru in a police car at 9.15am today and were brought out an hour later.

Nurul Nadhirah or affectionately known as Dirang had gone missing from Seri Delima Flats on March 1 after going to a shop to buy instant noodles and eggs.

Her charred remains were found on March 8 at an abandoned housing site in Nusa Damai, Masai on March 8.
