Traffic heavy on Plus highway heading to KL

At 4.30pm, traffic from Seremban to Nilai was reported to be congested while from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to Kajang it was at a crawl due to a heavy downpour.
A Plus spokesperson said south-bound traffic from the north was also slow moving at the Menora Tunnel.
"We expect the situation to get worse as many more vehicles will be heading from Penang to Kuala Lumpur later today," he said.
In the south, he said, traffic flow was normal from Johor Baru to Ayer Keroh.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson at Kuala Lumpur City Hall's flood operations room said no flash floods occurred in the city despite the hour-long heavy downpour this afternoon.
