It was a dull session at the Sodomy II trial in the Kuala Lumpur High Court this morning.

The onldesa damansara condominium 020708y interesting highlight was the discrepancy in the time of the CCTV recordings at the entrance to the Desa Damansara condominium and the lifts.

It was similarly revealed that the time of recording retrieved from two hard discs was late.

Cyber Security forensic digital division operational manager Mohd Zabri Abdul Talib said the CCTV at the lift was late by 19 minutes.

NONEForensic analyst Mohd Sharizuan Mohd Omar testified that the CCTV recording at the entrance was late by nine minutes and 15 seconds.

Both witnesses said they were informed by ACP Fadzil Ahmad, the head of the Audio and Video section, of the police requirement to clone the CCTV recordings.

The time was compared with that of the computer clock “which is derived from the Malaysian Meteorological Department's atomic time, which is exact".

Identity of seven unknown  

Police forensic audio video specialist ASP Fauziah Che Mat testified that police investigating officer Jude Blacious Pereira was by her side as she went through the CCTV footage.

"Seven people and seveNONEn cars entered the Desa Damansara condominium premises. I did not know the identity of the individuals," she said under cross-examination by Sankara Nair.

Fauziah said she had relied on Jude (left) to point out the individuals he sought to identify from the CCTV footage.

Fauziah also said the time on the footage cannot be changed as it is ingrained in the security computers at the condominium.

She corrected her mistake in having identified the condominium as ‘Sri Damansara’ during her testimony last week, saying it should have been ‘Desa Damansara’.
