Felcra Bhd chairman Tajuddin Abdul Rahman said today certain quarters were actively waging a psychological warfare against the agency.

The intention of these people was clearly to instigate the Felcra settlers to hate the management and the government, he said, adding that he suspected that it could be the work of opposition parties.

It was hoped that Felcra settlers would not be hoodwinked by the allegations against the agency, he told reporters after attending a Ramadan function in Ipoh, Perak.

He said one of the allegations was irregularity in Felcra's purchase of

20,000 acres (about 8,000 hectares) of land in Sarawak several years ago.
