Gerakan slams Dr M's 'disgusting' speech

Jeremy Tankh: Teng Hock Nam has done the right thing in criticising Dr Mahathir Mohamad for his role in Perkasa. All Malaysia-loving Malaysians should distance themselves from one such as this.

Why is Gerakan president Dr Koh not saying anything? Is he too worried about his paid back-door minister job?

Now that MCA re-election is over, what does Chua Soi Lek, Liow Tiong Lai and others have to say about this? What about MIC's S Samy Vellu and their leaders like G Palanivel, who is contesting the Hulu Selangor by-election?

Malaysia is experiencing a very sad time, watching our once-glorious former premier playing second fiddle and allowing himself to be used and be part of this narrow-minded, self-serving, economy-damaging, harmony-breaking, racist group of 'katak dibawah tempurung' under the leadership of this recalcitrant Ibrahim Ali.

SusahKes: Well, Teng, at least there is one guy from a BN component party who dares speak up. Kudos to you for having the guts. I have yet to hear anything from the new MCA president (Chua Soi Lek) - or even the ex-MCA president (Ong Tee Keat) for that matter - despite the statement from Chua that he will speak up against Umno's keris-waving antics.

MCA, now that you guys have finished your kung fu fights, can you actually stand up on issues like Perkasa, (Utusan Malaysia column) Awang Selamat, Teoh Beng Hock?

Keturunan Malaysia: Teng Hock Nam, believe me, it is never too late to do what is right and to call a spade a spade. From now on, I beg you not too fool yourself, and definitely not the rakyat. Keep it up and you will have the sincere respect of the silent majority.

Phra Ong Chao: Teng is just the same as those he labelled as disgusting. He acts like a hero against racial discrimination in front of the Chinese gallery, but he is afraid to say the same thing in a language understood by non-Chinese.

Don't these people realise that such tactics don't work anymore in this day and age where people have access to information at the click of a button and globalisation has led to people learning more languages? People like Teng, Dr Mahathir Mohamad and their parties should be sent to the museum in the next elections.

Ahmad Ismail's return imminent

Kgen: Koh Tsu Koon, what are you waiting for? Go apologise to your master - (Penang) warlord Ahmad Ismail. Better ‘kowtow' your head as low as you can. You have chosen the path of appeasement to Umno, so play the part. Show the Chinese how you value your minister's position at all cost.

Ragindran: BN should appoint Ahmad as the head of Penang BN. Pakatan Rakyat would then rule the state forever. Where are going to put your face now, Tsu Koon?

Cherio: Koh Tsu Koon, show us how brave you are. You should demand that he (Ahmad Ismail) apologise to the Chinese for what he said, failing which, you should pull Gerakan out of the BN and severe your relationships with the BN. But I doubt you are made of such stern stuff. You are a compromising slave of Umno, just like the MCA and MIC.

My1AS: Umno lifted its suspension against this bloody racist. Why? Koh Tsu Koon, what are you going to say now? Again it has been proven that Umno is as racist as Ahmad Ismail.

Tham Chee Keong: That racist should be placed under the ISA and released only if his mindset has been confirmed "corrected" by a psychologists.

BTN: There you go. The face of racism in Penang is rearing it's ugly head. These are the people who will destroy Malay civilisation.

Perak Boleh: Good political move by Umno Penang. Calling all other pendatangs from Penang and Peninsula Malaysia: remember to boycott the Shell petrol station and hotels that he owns in Penang.

Tee: Anybody can make a comeback in Malaysia, whether or not they have been involved in corruption, racial issues, etc. As long you are from BN, any reason for you to come back would be (made) valid.

Harbans Kaur: Perhaps Umno should field him as candidate in the Kuala Selangor by-election. After all, there are enough Malay voters there for him to champion their cause.

Nazirull Safry Paijo: I'm not against anyone who is trying to look after the welfare of his own race, but not to the extent of provoking others. Ahmad Ismail is a staunch Malay (rights advocate) who I believe will stop at nothing to prove the supremacy of the Malays.

Makcik Har: All 36 members of Ahmad Ismail's division must have been cowed into resigning. This is another nail in Umno's coffin. Ordinary Malays don't need racists to be their champion.

Avatar: Ahmad Ismail should join Perkasa and fight head and tail with Ibrahim for Malay rights and supremacy.
