The Ministry of Defence (Mindef), wishes to thank Royston John Lourdes for his interest to serve in the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) in particular the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).

We wish to clarify here that in the selection process for the graduate scheme , RMAF is only taking those with the identified discipline, particulalry those who have a degree in either computer science, electrical engineering, electronic engineering , information technology management, human resource management, chemical engineering, logistics support management, accounting, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, mass communication or multimedia, hotel management, law, architecture and marine engineering.

The MAF does not cater to any other discipline for this appointment and although we understand Lourdes desire to serve with the RMAF, we regret that he does not fulfill certain details for the selection criteria which among others requires potential and specialised skills.

We do appreciate his interest; however, we regret to say that we are not able to accommodate anyone not equipped with any of disciplines listed above at this point of time.
