Former MCA president Dr Ling Liong Sik fractured his right arm after a fall in his house at midnight last night.

The former transport minister was accompanied by wife Ena Ling.

Ling said that his condition was not serious.

He also declined to comment on tomorrow's MCA extraordinary general meeting.

To a question, Ling refuted rumours that he had called a news conference yesterday purportedly to make an important announcement.
