Hindraf head to sue DAP

What is the suit for when all that was asked of him is to account for the money? Nobody has accused him of embezzling money. Is the suit to silence people for his misdeeds?

Rohaizat Othman first blames his business partner for embezzlement involving a land deal, and then he lies about his second wife.
