A RapidKL bus today plunged five metres from a exit ramp into a motorcycle lane near Federal Highway with 28 people injured.

The bus had lost control at the turning of the Jalan Pantai Baru exit at 1.30pm.
Witnesses said the bus was trying to avoid a car which had cut into its lane and rammed into the guard rail before falling into the highway’s motorcycle lane below.
According to Bernama, Juriah Salleh, 37, said many of the passengers were thrown to the front of the bus when it hit the ground.
Juriah, who was on the bus and sustained minor injuries, said she saw a car suddenly cut into the bus lane.
Six seriously injured
Burma national Khain Waun Nai, 37, sustained scratches on his left hand while his wife, who momentarily unconsciousness, was hurt in her left eye.
"I was thrown about during the impact. Then I went to the front and saw my wife was unconscious," he said.
The injured victims, comprising 16 men and 12 women, were sent to nearby Universiti Malaya Medical Centre for treatment.
Brickfields OCPD Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid said six of the passengers were seriously injured - two men and four women.
"The two men were admitted into the intensive care unit," he said.
