BN, why not do it the easy way in Perak?

I refer to the Malaysiakini report Sivakumar dragged out, BN speaker takes over.
I pose this simple question to BN of Perak: Why choose the hard, unethical way to remove Pakatan Menteri Besar Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin?
The constitution allows three different steps to remove a menteri besar:
1. Ask him to resign
2. Pass a vote of no confidence
3. Dissolve the dewan.
If you choose Option 1, it is to your disadvantage knowing very well that Nizar will not quit that easily. If you choose Option 2, it is again to your disadvantage because you know very well that BN is going to lose badly.
So your (BN) best option is number 3 as there is no way Nizar can then cling on to his position. So as what one TV panelist said: ‘Be gentlemen.'
True enough. BN should be the gentlemen in this affair but the fact is that the intellectual BN YBs choose not to be gentlemen. They prefer to oust Nizar from outside the Dewan.
Does it mean that anyone can terminate any MB outside the Dewan? Where in the Perak constitution does it allow this to happen?
The Perak Sultan even interviewed each of the three ‘frogs'. That is fine for that shows that BN has the majority.
My question as a simple Malaysian who has a limited knowledge of the law let alone the constitution of Perak is:
‘Why do you (BN) choose the hard and ridiculous way? Why be in a hurry? After all, you have the majority?
Pass a vote of no confidence and Malaysians and the whole world will know that Nizar and his state government have lost their majority and the process of the law has been adhered to.
When is handled outside the Dewan only His Royal Highness the Sultan of Perak and BN know that the three ‘frogs' are on their side.
Every Malaysian of sound mind are still in the dark about the stand of these mordern-day ‘frogs'.
