Sorting out DAP

What should Barisan Alternatif do in relation to DAP in the coming general elections? Go all out to fight them? There is certainly such an opinion now since DAP is no longer in BA and has betrayed the trust given by BA supporters in the 1999 general elections. DAP deserves to be punished by BA supporters who voted for its candidates.
However, there may be some exceptional cases. For example, BA should consider supporting DAP leaders and members who have stuck to the principle of opposition unity throughout the last three years.
BA should perhaps make the arrangement formal by declaring that only those DAP candidates who have openly declared their personal and individual support for the common manifesto of BA will get the support of BA supporters. Otherwise, BA will field candidates to contest against them.
In this way, we can distinguish DAP leaders and members who are for BA from those who are not.
