Malaysian politics will not ever come of age, (Dr Ananda Krisnan's DAP  to exercise it, one has to be statesmanlike."

The problem is when one got power through the politics of race and religion, it is not easy to unwind and rectify their long-term detrimental effects even if the "petty power grabber-turn-statesperson" has the sincerity, power and force of personality to now take on the challenge in the interest of leaving behind his permanent footprints in the shifting political sands of the nation's history.

It is like riding on ferocious tigers (or race and religion) that one rears to full maturity to fight one's battles from which one finds that one cannot dismount without getting eaten!

So here it is, the true Malaysian dilemma where actors on both political divide have so far shown no promise of ever resolving.

Is there someone out there who has the vision, benevolence of heart and incisiveness of intellect to solve this dilemma? If so, speak up for the sake of our children!
