The fact that Keadilan lost in Indera Kayangan is not surprising. Even before nomination day, the party had lost its credibility by approaching a non-member to be its flag-bearer in the by-election.

By going all out to get a Chinese candidate from outside the party, Keadilan showed that it's playing racial politics. If it had fielded a Malay candidate, it would have performed better (by the way, I am a Chinese Malaysian, not a Malay Malaysian).

During the election campaign, the Keadilan boasted of having secret documents and that it would reveal, but it turned out to be empty promises. How can we trust such a party?

The defection by its key campaign personnel is a repeat of the S46 fiasco.

Sooner or later, the Keadilan people will return to Umno, despite all the heroic things they say now.

Remember what Tengku Razaleigh said? "As long as Mahathir is Umno president, I will not rejoin Umno," he said. Look what happened now? Also, recall what Rais Yatim did when he was in S46. He campaigned against what he called "dictator Mahathir" and the ISA. What happened now? He's the chief defender of Mahathir and the champion of the ISA detention.

I have been a opposition supporter all my adult life and had even voted for Keadilan in the last general election. Now, I know it's futile to support such people.

No, I am not supporting the Barisan Nasional. I am still a strong DAP man but I will not vote for either Keadilan or PRM. Even PAS has morecredibility than any of them. PRM should close shop.
