I refer to the letter by Thomas Mok.

What Thomas has said is absolutely right. We were told since Form Four (if I still remember correctly) the Malay special rights cannot be questioned. Well, we accept it now that we know it is in our constitution.

I went through almost the same path as Thomas. Thank god, I still survived. But the real concern is can the next generation do the same?

If their parents can afford it, how many of them are not thinking of sending children overseas for an education? I am one of the fortunate few who manage to squeeze into local universities but with quota here, there and everywhere do we want our children to take the risk?

We are silently feeling the injustice. After all, I pay a lot of income tax per year.
